How to relax before an exam

Think of a sensation that makes you feel happy and relax, focus on this image or situation.

Take deep breaths and try to close your eyes and picture this place and the sound. This will help you find peace of mind.


STAY POSITIVE

Really believe you have learned a lot and this is really important. You have practised a lot and even though you think you may fail on some aspects or you won't remember, when you are doing the exam everything you have learned will come up to your mind.

Always put a BIG SMILE and keep calm.


BE CONFIDENT

You should think you are really good at English and you can communicate as you have shown in the classes. So, show it off! Make the most of it. Choose the most advanced vocabulary and grammar structures and repeat them in your mind.
